You share all kinds of personal data with us, for example, when you visit and use our website, DCT app and Portal. We process this data with care and would like to inform you about this clearly and straightforwardly.

If you are a customer (or customer representative) of Acorn B.V. or you make contact with us, we collect and process your personal data. For example, we may process your data if you leave your name and e-mail address on our website, DCT app or Portal.

We process the personal data of the following persons:

• Customers & potential customers: we process the personal data of customers and their representatives, but also of persons who show an interest in us, our products, and services.
• Business partners: we process personal data from people who are associated with a company or organization with which we have, want to get, or have had a relationship.
• Job applicants: we process the personal data of job applicants who have applied for a position at Acorn B.V.

• We analyze user data to ensure content is relevant, quick-loading, and intuitive.

2. Marketing Communications

• If you are subscribed to our newsletter, we will send you an occasional email update. You can opt out of such subscriptions at any point.

We may ask you to explain your request in more detail. In certain cases, we may not be able to comply with your request, for example if it violates the rights of others, is against the law or is not permitted by the police, the Public Prosecution Service or another government agency, or because we have weighed up the relevant interests and determined that the interests of Acorn B.V. or others outweigh the processing of the data. In this case, we will inform you of this. If we modify or delete your data at your request, we will inform you of this and, where possible, also inform the recipients of your data.
